- Personal Training Packages can be purchased at any time, and you schedule your sessions to fit your schedule. Sessions are 30 minutes in length. 1 hour sessions are also available upon request (Ask for pricing).
- Team training is a great way to accomplish your goals with a friend or training partner. Team training is limited to no more than four people.
