Express 

  • Come join us for a quick 30 minute workout that will get you up and moving. Just like CrossFit isn’t your regular fitness experience, neither is CrossFit Express.
  • CrossFit Express is similar to our regular Crossfit Class, in the way that each workout is scaled to the individual. Our goal is to get you in and out with a quick ever-changing workout that will leave you exhilarated and ready for the rest of your day. There is no heavy bar work, so there is no need for the On-Ramp class.
  • This program is a great way to ease into our regular CrossFit workouts or just keep it as part of your day!
